History: The first we know of here is Magnus Anderson Gald. Magnus was born 1731 and married in 1758 with Synneva Eriksdtr Moen. They had 6 children. After them we find Mons Johanneson Nundal here. Mons was born in 1743 and married to Ragnhild Pedersdtr Kinserdal. They had two children. Mons died in 1809 and Ragnhild in 1815. Then we find Ola Pederson Øvstetun here, and he was here until 1826 when he bought the main farm, see there. Next we find Per Olson from the crofter place here. He was born in 1792 and married in 1821 with Marita Olsdtr Holsæter. They had 9 children. This is one of my great-great-grandparents. As the next user we find Ola Person Åbøle. Ola was born in 1843 and married to Synneva Guldbrandsdtr Holsæter in 1869. They had 6 children. Ole died in 1917 and Synneva in 1837. Their daughter Malena got the place. She was born in 1880 and married in 1900 with Jørgen Sjurson Eldegard. Their son Sverre was the last who lived here. He and his wife Anna moved down to Farnes in 1977. His children own's the place today, but no one live here.
